BC Hockey, in partnership with the Vancouver Canucks, has developed the Sportsmanship Starts in the Stands program to address the behaviours and attitudes that have become a negative influence in the game of hockey in BC.

The intent of the program is to ensure that the environment at BC Hockey events and initiatives is positive for everyone.

We have been holding parent meetings on a team level to remind all parents of the code of conduct expectations for players parents and coaches that all families agreed to when their daughter was registered.
