Payment Information

PLAYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE ICE UNTIL ALL REGISTRATION PAYMENTS, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, PROCESSED, AND WHEN APPLICABLE, LEAGUE APPROVALS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment Plan

Returning, New and Transferring registrations completed on or before June 30, are eligible for a flexible payment plan. There is no additional cost for choosing this option. If selected, registrants will make an initial 50% payment at the time of registration. The remaining 50% registration fee is due August 15.

Delivery Of Fees & Deposits

Delivery of registration payment must be received by SFHA within 48 hours of completing the registration form.

New process for submitting deposit cheques:

The $400 volunteer deposit cheque (dated Feb 1, 2027) needs to be submitted at your first evaluation in order to receive a pinny unless you have opted out and paid the $300 fee at registration ($100 savings if paying with registration)
Once teams are formed, the Team Managers will collect a jersey deposit cheque. A $200 jersey deposit cheque (dated March 31, 2027), will be submitted to your Team Manager. Do not mail deposits.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to registrar@surreyfalcons.ca.
Players withdrawing prior to evaluations will have their refund reduced by $50 for insurance and administration.
Players withdrawing prior to September 30 will have their refund reduced by $150 for ice costs, insurance and administration.
Players withdrawing prior to October 31 will have their refund reduced by half for ice costs, insurance and administration.
There will be no refunds after October 31.
