All coaches and team volunteers who interact with our players must submit to a criminal record check.  These checks are free and must be renewed every 12 months.

Surrey Female Hockey Association is now a registered volunteer organization with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) Applicant Based Online Service so that most of our volunteers are able to submit their criminal record checks online to the Ministry of Justice of the Province of British Columbia.

When you submit online, the CRRP confirms your identity by requiring you to answer some questions about your credit history. These questions are not an attempt to steal your personal information.  It is the electronic system’s way of confirming that it is actually you making the online submission.  If you are unable to answer these questions due to lack of credit history you may have to submit a manual application.  In order to do so please email risk@surreyfalcons.ca for instructions.

To proceed with your online submission use the link below and enter the unique access code that will direct the results of your check to our association’s Risk Manager.
