How to nominate someone
Please email us before March 31st at awards@surreyfalcons.ca and tell us: your name; the name of the person you are nominating and for which award; how you know the person you are nominating; and why this person should receive the award.

Selection and announcement
The Surrey Falcons Executive will consider all nominations and decide on the recipient of each award. The recipients of each award will be announced at the Annual General Meeting.

More than one person may be awarded the Volunteer Service Award and the President’s Merit Award each year; however these awards may not be awarded each year if there are no nominees who fit the criteria.
