• Your first contact will always be your Team Manager.
• Your team manager may direct you to contact someone else, or may find the answer for you. If they cannot answer your question, your next contact will be your Division Coordinator. See the Executive List for contact info.
• If the Division Coordinator cannot assist, next in line would be the Division Director.
• You may then be directed to another member of the Board depending on what your question is in reference to.

At the beginning of the season the team decides on tournaments, team events, and wind up in addition to the registration fees. Often teams will have a fundraiser to help offset the cost. A postdated deposit cheque for  the jersey is collected at the beginning of the season. All families are required to volunteer 4 hours per athlete. The Volunteer Fee ($300) is collected at registration and is refunded once the hours have been completed.

In the U7-U9 divisions all players will have the opportunity to try the goalie position. The association provides each team with a set of goalie gear to use for the season. We also offer goalie development sessions that alternate every Tues (U7 - U13 House and U13 A - U21).

In U11 and up, at time of registration, you must advise if your athlete will be a player or a goalie. That said, there is still opportunity for a player to learn the goalie position at the goalie development sessions.

Teams require help with coaching, safety persons, team manager, treasurer, team moms, fundraising, and special events.

Additionally, all families are required to volunteer 4 hours per athlete. This would typically be expected during our host tournament, Wickfest. If additional volunteer times become available for other events, notification will be sent out. The Volunteer Fee ($300) is collected at Registration and will be refunded once the hours have been completed.
